Had an early dinner at Flippers today...
We had burgers, one with an amazing garlic pesto sauce, and another with a more traditional cheese and sauteed mushrooms. Burgers are all under $10 and come with a salad and fries. For $1.50 more, you can get delicious onion rings. Other burgers on the menu tend towards the exotic. You can get feta, walnuts, even beets.
Other things on the menu: Wraps, breakfast including reasonably priced benedicts, beer and wine.
The service was slow to take our order, slow to give us the check, and ignored me when i asked for a sharp knife to cut our burgers. Also, when I asked for grey poupon, she said they didn't have it - and I had to get it off the next table.
If you have time to wait for the service, the burgers are interesting and pretty darned good. Will be back.
Pros: Niman ranch meats, extensive menu
Cons: Slow, discombobulated service
