I brought in 10 watches to get new batteries. Harvey Levinson was going to charge me $10. per watch. When I said that was too much, he said he'd do it for $5. but not put new ""insulators on."" When I picked up the watches, I asked if they were all working. He said yes. No sooner did I get back to my office, I saw that 2 of the 10 watches WERE NOT WORKING! When I called, he said they must have just stopped on their own. I brought them back to get fixed. Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience, he tried to say it was working fine when I took them and I said that he was calling me a liar. So he told me to ""SHUT UP AND TO SHUT MY MOUTH IF I WANTED MY MONEY BACK!"" What a sleaze! He will rip you off if you give him the chance. Go elsewhere. The other personnel in the store ignored the incident. \r
