My daughter, Alexia is 10 years old and has been training at Hoger MMA for nearly 6 months and absolutely loves it! She says that it is her favorite thing that she has tried and like most children has been in soccer, cheerleading, karate, etc. I also have noticed a nice, positive change in her attitude and respect among adults. Thanks to Sam and all the staff at Hoger MMA.\r
