Contacted Nate about installing our water heater. Was told he could do it for X amount and to let him know if we wanted him to do the job. I emailed, called him, emailed him again, husband called him twice no response. Finally got an email after three days (this was on a saturday) saying he would be out of the office until Monday and I could call then to make an appointment. I'm sorry but we have NO hot water! Hired someone else, actually cost less, came out on Saturday and they did a great job!
