Called at 8am because of a sewage issue, technician was supposed to come out mid morning. Showed up at 11:50am.
Technician looked in at the toilet in the basement, where the pipe ran out from the house, had me point him to the clean out, dropped two small rocks in. told me to call the county, charged $60 labor and $60 service, they are located 3 miles from my house. they arrived at 11:50 and left at 12:00.
Called to speak to a manger, was told that those are their rates and there's nothing that can be done.
That's $12 a minute, his hourly rate (it took him 5 minutes to get out of the car) + the time lost coming here from seeing other jobs can't come close to the $120 fee, i honestly feel robbed and will never call them again. I would recommend you stay well clear.
