I have unfortunately had to buy school uniforms through this company for 10 years now. None of my experiences have been even close to satisfactory. The zippers on all the girl's pants broke within 3 wearings, but the store refused to offer a refund or exchange on ""used"" items. These girl's pants were very overpriced, so this was a disappointment, to say the least. Obviously I will no longer buy anything from them that zips. I am handicapped and unable to travel to the store myself, so I have found it next to impossible to shop from this business. It has gotten to the point where I have informed the school that my kids will no longer be able to wear school uniforms.
