The tea is good, but the service sucks. The tweens that work there will keep you waiting to order while having a conversation with another customer who 'drops in' without ordering anything.
Moreover, the free Wi-Fi Tealuxe prominently advertises consistently drops out for hours at a time, yet the employees are unwilling to post a sign to that effect on the door.
I like the concept of Tealuxe, but there's a reason no one's ever in there. It just ain't worth it, folks.
