VERY RUDE AND YELLS AT CUSTOMERS 7/16/2010

A friend of mine had shirts made for a benefit for a very dear friend who had passed away a few days before & the man ( the owner ) told her that he could save the design on his computer & all I would need to do is come in and tell him and he would print the shirt for me. I went into his shop at 5:30 p.m. to get something done that would take all of about 5 minutes, the man never spoke to me until i asked him about it. He told me he could not help me until Tuesday & when i tried to explain to him what i needed he asked ""What do you expect me to do"" I then left to get my friend who had gotten her shirts the day before when we returned back there was a male customer in the shop & he was very attentive to him and even offered to screen print something for him after he had told me NO. He was very rude to my friend and said that she was wrong on what she told me and that it took 48 hours for all orders. ( she got hers done in less than an hour for 2 shirts ) & that he had turned off the printers already.... ( If he works at a t-shirt printing company please tell me why you would turn off the printers and shut down a half hour before you close) He then said that ""He did not work for me, and did not have to make silly shirts for us"" I then informed him that they were for a dear friends benefit who had passed away just days before He laughed & his response was ""If you were her friend why didnt you get here sooner?"" ( I work from before they open to well into the afternoon, I also have a small child ) When i told him i got there as soon as i could he said ""Its not my problem"" I was not asking him for 20 shirts, i asked for 1 that he said he could do in a few minutes... but because he wanted to close up shop early he was rude to me. I told him that he needed to work on his customer service and he needed to help women equally and not just male customers. I asked him for a number for the corporate office & he refused to give it to me & I told him i was going to come back everyday until he gave me the information & he kept making rude comments and putting me and my friend down & kept saying that he did not work for us and that we should have been there earlier.. I told him i got there within his working hours so he needed to do his job. He then stood up and got in my face and yelled at me to leave and made rude comments about me and my friend. I will never return to this shop. I understand closing a few minutes early but 30 minutes & not help me a female but then jump up and help a male customer. He is very rude and needs to go to customer service training. Pros: NOTHING Cons: Very rude, sexist does not help women, yells at customers more
