Dr J Russo has got to be one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. At the consultation he tells you what you want to hear then takes your money(12,000) and does what he wants to do.When I confronted him about what we verbally agreed upon for one of the procedures, he admitted he had no intensions of doing it they way we discussed.So I asked for a partial refund and he kept giving me the runaround and hiding.He also whould not give up my medical files which is illegal.I still do not have them and it has been six weeks.So here we go down the legal route dealing with this Dr. Not to mention some of his staff are a real nightmare. One in particular you dont meet until AFTER you pay the non-refundable deposit. A mean person who thinks she is the Dr. My first post-op I got berated and barked at for feeling pain after six days!Sorry but two major operations will do that to you! They also try to blame you when thing go wrong.The worst experience of my life!
