While I am totally aware of the bottom feeder soulless nature of Collection Agencies, I can say that in dealing with the today, they were respectful, professional, and I think the biggest part, put our agreement in writing and sent it to me before completing the transaction.
The irony is that another bottom feeder, Marva Capital LLC sold my account to these people, and that companies alleged ""supervisor"" when I called to discuss the account simply yelled and hung up on me and refused to even give me his first name, let alone anything in writing.
So while they should burn in hell for holding people hostage like this, at least they handle the things as well as it can be done.
