They will drive by your home and if they think it doesn't need cutting you get blown off. I told him I switched services because my grass was 8 inches high and John McCarthy (owner) emailed me and said ""Good luck with helping the illegals."" Meaning the new company employees. You make the call. I had it with the attitude.. Not pros at all.
