I've used this company a few times for some Sabres tickets and a concert here or there, but what really impressed me and made me recommend these guys was how I was treated when I bought Bills tickets. I happened to be down the road from their location so I decided to pop in. I thought I read on their site that you can pick up tickets from their office, so I thought I'd check out some Bills tickets then come back in the fall and get them. Not only did I find seats better than what I hoped to get, they had the tickets already there for me to have! My other buddies are still waiting on their tickets to come from other websites like StubHub. They were real easy to work with and treated me like I was an old friend and let me know about other things that were going on around town. I was a customer before, but now I am their #1 fan. I'd recommend them to anyone
