put a $3000 front door in my house. the only problem was that it was not level,by at least 1/2 inch. the sill was not installed correctly and you can see from the basement outside ,therefore cold air gets in as well as insects.
frequent phone calls to his cell phone resulted in the usual promises,""ill get to it"". its been 6 months since the company trouble shooter came out and said the door was incorrectly installed. i now have contacted someone the company recommended to take the door out and reinstall it,of course at my expense.
use this guy only if desperate and hold back the last payment until you are sure it was done correctly,yea sure!
