Every time I have gone to Element, Danyel gives me a great haircut. She understands that when I say ""layers"", I don't want to walk out with some boring soccer mom haircut. Somehow she takes my hand gestures and overly vague requests and translates that to a haircut suitable for a 20 something Design student. She seems to consider what she knows about me and I know she's not afraid to give me suggestions which is a huge relief. The salon itself is always clean and the decor is great, making me feel like I am truly indulging even though the prices are very reasonable. Even though I usually have to wait 3 or 4 days to get a spot, it is well worth it.
