We were all excited when this place opened...an Irish Pub in Helena! But I don't get it. Through 2 or 3 owners, and new waitstaff all the time, the service is just consistenly bad. If it's completely dead, service will be good. If it's busy at all, it's terrible. I always sit at the bar-area tables and maybe that's the difference, but it regularly takes 15 minutes to get the beer I ordered. The food, after taking too long, will be set down, you're asked if you need condiments, and then you wait 10 minutes for them while your burger and fries sit there waiting for ketchup and mustard. If you look over to the bar, sometimes your beer has been poured...but just sits there for 10 minutes waiting for your server to pick it up. Other times it's 10 minutes before it even gets poured, then another 5-10 before the server gets it.
