I am very disappointed with this business. The monitoring was just ok. I had some issues trying to contact them after hours and it seemed disorganized. I just called to cancel my alarm because I was moving. They told me I had one year left on a three year contract, in which I never signed. The alarm equipment was mine and I even had to pay for a separate installer to install my system. They only have been doing my monthly monitoring so I didn't understand why they kept insisting they waived the initial installation fee when there was no installation. They were rude and don't value their customers. The owner aren't forgoing this contract (again, which I never signed) because times are tough and companies are going out of business. Hopefully this company will too because if this is how the owner treats his customers. This is a business I don't want to be working with. For your own sake and safety, get Another alarm company.
