I cannot say anything about the food, but customer service is big for me. My wife and I tried to go for dinner the same night as a UFC fight. They would not let us in to eat without a $5 cover. I asked to speak to the manager and let him know we only wanted to eat. He was extremely rude, and said he didn't care. He offered us a seat outside, it was 90+ outside, and my wife cannot be in the heat too long. I informed him of this, and again he said he didn't care. I even tried to report this to corporate and got no response. I will never go back!
