Called the first time to get estimate for a mirror - ""she"" lost my information -I called back - nice guy came out, took several measurments, said ""she"" would get back to me tomorrow with cost, etc. - here we are 5 weeks later - no call, no follow up, no estimate, despite leaving message - try to give local company business, but they clearly don't want it. Very frustrating - save yourself the time and go with someone else.
