Dr. Caffall was our dentist for over 10 years, during which time he did very good work. In the past few years, however, his formerly excellent service and apparent care/concern were lacking. The last straw was when, during this rough economy, he cut every single one of his dental discount plans (and he still offered no payment plan options). We found a new dentist who actually seems to care, even if you don't have insurance, and, to boot, their prices are much cheaper than Caffall's and their work just as good!
Pros: Very good cosmetic work
Cons: High prices, seems to care more about $$$$
