I've had my Honda mower for 6 or 7 years and it never gave me any problems. However, I decided it was time for a tune up. My mower, which used to be easy to start now takes forever to get started. It also seams to vibrate more than ever. I don't know what they did to it but I liked it better before. I probably won't be going back unless I need parts.
Pros: nice enough people
Cons: mower works worse than before
