My experience with Garage Gadgetry was actually really good. He came out and fixed our garage door pretty much right away because we were effectively trapped in the house. He did not have the right kind of springs with him but he offered to order them bring them back, and he kept his word. We had a little bit of trouble with the door closing. We were always able to get the door open but could not always shut it. However, that problem seems to have worked itself out.
