I ordered a baby shower cake from Sams club North Charleston. It was placed 5 days in advance and paid for the same day. The cake was for my sisters shower so it was very special fir me and I wanted it to be perfect for her. It was suppose to be ready by 5:00 on Saturday, I got there at 6:00, I saw a lot of other people standing there. The ladies decorating saw me walk up, but never said a word. I had no idea what was going on? So after standing there over 5 minutes. I just asked one of the ladies to help me, that I was there to pick up my cakes.
Oh she said when was it due to be picked up? I said 5:00
Oh it's not ready we are 5 hours behind time. I was bot happy. She said we can give you a refund, are you kidding me? I need two cakes for a party that was ordered 5 days ago. There were a lot of people there with the same problem as me. No cakes were ready..
After waiting 2 hours I had no choice. They threw that cake together messed up the icing. I thought how can this be happening no telling what it will look like?

Time frame, they are a gamble. And they have the attitude they could care less! Not once did anyone say i' m sorry or offer anything for my wait time
