Don't go to this restaurant if you value quality customer service. We waited patiently for everything, from getting a waiter to receiving our food. Meanwhile, newly arriving patrons were being immediately served all around us. When I talked to the franchise owner (who, by the way took almost two weeks to respond to my feedback), he had a condescending attitude about my experience, to the point where he mocked me when I I talked about my interaction with one of the staff. Take your family to another location if it's at all possible. Pros: There's always a clear path to the exit door Cons: Slow service, staff doesn't seem to care more
