We called Zerorez because our previous carpet cleaner left so much soap in the carpet that it felt funny and stiff. We have loose parakeets, and they play on the carpet, so we wanted them to be safe and not to worry about residue. It is an 18-year-old white carpet, and Zerorez did a better job than the last two cleaners. It takes a day to dry, but the results are well worth it.
