I purchased 2 houses that were being managed by Classic Property Management and decided to change management companies. But they had already collected the June, 2010 rent. But instead of sending the rent to me, they gave it back to the tenants. I even explicitly asked them to send it to me, in writing, and they did not follow my instructions. They do not listen or care about their property owners, do NOT use them for management services.
Pros: nice name
Cons: unprofessional, condescending, arrogant
