They tell you that you get a service call and IF they can't fix it then they will have to take it in and you will have to pay for the service call and and then a deposit. I was told it will take around three days to fix. They don't communicate at all. When you call then the women that answer the phones are incredibly rude! They act is if you are truly inconveniencing them just to ask if they are doing their job. When they came to do the service call before even entering my house they told me they would have to bring it in. In other words it cost 67 bucks just to have them drive the tv there. You get the run around about parts ordering only to have them not fix your equipment. Avoid at all costs!
