I was having trouble with my spa pump and needed parts after the pump froze and burst. Initially the guys at River City Pool & Spa told me the part I needed would be about $100. I had them order the part and the next day they called with the good news/bad news story. Turned out I needed several other parts as well, but the total cost was less than the initial estimate of $100; and that included installation of the parts, and tax.
A few days later I needed a few PVC plumbing parts which were not available at the nearby home store. Bryan took a good bit of time searching through catalogs and helping me determine what I needed and then getting the parts ordered. Ordered parts arrive in just a couple of days. They are very aware that cost is an important factor in keeping a pool or spa running and are very knowledgeable about what is needed
