i had to get an emergency service on a sunday and this was the only place open. they charged me in full and said they will pay me back once they verify my insurance information on a business day. they never did anything for several month until i called them every few days and when they finally did, insurance claims were denied, saying the dentist used for the claim is inactive. i had to call them again every few days and even go visit them until they submitted a new claim, but got denied again with the same reason.
it took almost half a year for them to at least file the claim and they were the rudest people ever. i was never able to get my money back because these people didn't care enough and the dentist who treated me had invalid license. the service they did for me was horrible, i had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO GO HERE...
