I visited Regency when we decided my mom needed to be put into a long term facility. I had many questions about how her long term care insurance would work and about the medicaid process if we needed it. The gal they had me talk to, Maria or Marika, was rude and not helpful at all. She made me feel dumb and she kept trying to hurry up with me.
Pros: Nursing staff friendly, good Medicare/caid rating
Cons: Rude front office, smelled, patients left in halls
