I used West Coast Roofing to re-roof my house and garage. I received several bids and their price was about in the middle. They were the only company that took the time to explain to me some of the challenging issues that were on my roof such as flat valley cricket areas and a section with a lower-than-normal roof pitch. They explained how they were going to have to make special provisions on those areas to make sure that there weren?t problems later. None of the other companies even mentioned those issues and in hind-sight, I am sure that they would have done them wrong. All of the workers were so polite and they seemed to really take pride in their workmanship. What I really like was that they kept me informed throughout the process and asked for my input on areas where I had a choice of how the finished product was going to look. My roof is very visible from the street, so this meant a lot to me. I had been dreading doing this work, but they made it so simple for me. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a first class job at a reasonable price. They may not have been the cheapest bid, but I felt that they were the best value considering the quality of work that I received.
Pros: Superb quality, true craftsmen, easy to work with.
Cons: Not the cheapest in town.
