if you want old, dead flowers, order from AZ Family Florist 7/6/2010

My boyfriends buys me flowers regularly - sometimes from 1800flowers and other times just from the Safeway down the street. He recently sent me a bouquet from 1800flowers that was processed through AZ Family Florist. I got msg from my office receptionist at 1:37pm that flowers were delivered for me. By 3pm, when I picked them up, the roses were already drooping with wilted, dead, and browning petals. By 4pm, the rose petals were falling off. Seriously? On Day 1? Called 1800flowers who contacted the florist. They redelivered another arrangement the next day at 10:30am. This one looked better but flower petals started falling off that afternoon. This outfit uses old, wilted flowers. There's no doubt about it, and it can't be a coincidence on 2 consecutive deliveries. If I upload the pictures here, I will. There's no excuse. Yes, it's over 100 here, but come on, this is ARIZONA. If you can't stand the heat, don't be a florist in Arizona. When ordering from 1800flowers, be sure that your order isn't sent through Arizona Family Florist unless you want to pay a lot of money for pathetic, old, dead flowers. Cons: use old, dying flowers, take shortcuts more
