The vets appear to know what they are doing, but it doesn't mean so. I've been going for years, and my family was always telling me to go somewhere else when I mentioned things that happened. They do miss serious problems, and could result in death. I think my one dog died under their care. My other is now in intensive treatment at California Veterinary Specialists for resistant bacteria infection, which got during surgery.
