I have been a loyal Hitching Post customer for 6 years and have purchased 3 new BMW motorcycles there. My current bike is having major problems and after having the bike in their shop for a month, during prime riding season, they only fixed one of many problems and only after I agreed to pay for the repair if warranty didn't cover it! The bike is unsafe to ride and they said one of my problems was due to my tires, so I paid them to install new tires which did NOT fix the problem and they installed the wrong tires. Now they are telling me that even though they are the BMW dealer and the bike is still under warranty, they cannot or will not fix it. They flat out refuse to work on it. Even though it isn't safe to ride and I purchased it from them, I am on my own, completely abandoned. I will do everything I can to make sure BMW knows about how poorly they represent their brand. They do not deserve to be BMW dealers with this sort of disgusting behavior. DO NOT go to the Hitching Post unless you are willing to be abandoned by them. Their management does not care about their customers.
