There's not enough space here to describe this practice.If you have insurance do NOT go here - all the offices are the SAME - GHETTO MEDICAID WELFARE TRASH. Waiting room is filled with pregnant women and their collection of 8 kids, 8 baby daddies in prison for various crap - I know this because they were more than loud with their stories. All the while, my husband and I are sitting there for our first prenatal visit after 4 years and thousands of dollars on IVF to get pregnant. 2 hours past my appointment time I get called back only to be raped by the sonogram wand and the tech doing the test who tells me there is no heartbeat. No sympathy or compassion from her, the staff or even the doctor!!! This is a thurs. I'm told to come back monday. I'm not sure why but in my fragile emotional state, I agree. So here's monday and again 2 hours after my appt time, I get called back, the dr comes in, sees my chart, doesn't touch me and says I need a D&C, come up to the front desk and we'll schedule it. 2 weeks later I go in to find out about the pathology report and the genetic testing done on our baby. Again, vitals are taken in front of everyone else, they ask me why I'm here, while the lady in front of me is having an IUD placed because she doesn't want ""another one of these"" for at least 5 years (as she points to her infant!!!) So they have no records from the hospital. They call medical records and the MA is giving my social and full name over the phone, which is right next to another patient!! Tell me to wait in the waiting room, it will be about 10 min. An HOUR later, I tell them I am leaving. I will NEVER go back there!! I will get my own records and find another OB office. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go here!! I will be filing a complaint to their HR department as well as the AMA for HIPAA violations! If I could give them negative stars I would!!
