This complex sent a collection agency after us FOR $40 instead of communicating, like they said they would, about a dispute over the cost of painting a room. We rented for over two years, and never paid our rent late. We paid over $25,000.00 to that complex in rent, without a complaint against us once, and yet they sent a collection agency after us for $40.
I would NOT recommend living here. We also found out toward the end of our time there that our neighbors, with the same floor plan, paid $300.00 less.
We have been completely nickled and dimed, and will never recommend renting here
