I purchased crib and matching furniture here 2 years ago. I returned to buy the conversion kit for the crib. I asked many times that it converted to a twin bed, I even pointed to multiple twin beds and asked if it would be the same size and was told yes every time. Today the matress and conversion kit arrived, all for a full bed. I called to return it and was basically told it was special order and I was a liar and there is no refund, so I am stuck with $1200 of furniture I can not use.
