They really take the personal out of personal training. almost every time after a work out starts the trainers either go to the front counter or just don't pay very much attention to the clients. I can't say if the one on one training is any better due to the insane cost. The trainers rarely seem to be very concerned with the clients. crossfit is an excellent program and one of the best parts about it is the ""community"" aspect that this gym just doesn't seem to foster. pros- large gym lot's of equipment, the trainers have lot's of certification con's - trainers provide little to no accountability during the work outs
Pros: Big gym,
Cons: trainers don't ""train""
