EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE 7/19/2010

I went to this restaurant with a group of co-workers for a birthday celebration. First it literally took 30 minutes to place our order and another 1 1/2 hours to get our food. When we received our food it was cold as if it had been sitting. There were 2 to 3 other parties that arrived at the restaurant after we did and received their food before we got ours. When we complained about the food being cold the waiter offered to microwave the food. Who would want microwave shrimp??? The helper who brought out the food got an attitude when we tried to inform him what each person had ordered since he wasn't the the one who took the order. He rolled his eyes and set our food down on the table behind us and walked off. When we were leaving we asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was no manager and that he had left. I will like to advise anyone who is thinking about eating at this location to please not do so. You can eat at any local McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, or Bojangles and receive better service.
