I have always been partial to Petsmart vs. Petco. I always find a better selection there and they carry the particular holistic food I feed my dog.
The prices are nothing to rave about.
Their grooming services go above and beyond my expectations. My dog leaves looking and smelling fantastic and in a great mood every time!
But, while waiting for my dog to be groomed, I was walking around, looking at things. I had just been there two days before and only returned for her appointment. (no, I couldn't leave, I have more separation anxiety than she does!) The manager approached me. I often see him there. He is a tall, skinny, dark haired man- and very condescendingly asked me if he can help me find anything. The connotation was offensive and accusatory! I am a regular patron and spend lots of money in there and how dare him imply that I am suspicious!!!!!
I am now going to take my business else where! I was embarrassed, and uncomfortable.
