I called Discotto after 5:00PM on Thursday after another service repair company stood me up. I called 4 different companies prior to Discotto and the earliest appointment was on Wednesday next week. Discotto technician came next day (Friday) at 1:00PM exactly as they promised. It took him less than 15 min to figure out what was wrong and fix the problem. And the best part of all - he didn't charge me a dime. Apparently, the broken part was under recall- guess it was my lucky day. So, overall, I'm more than happy with the experience.
