I paid 1200 for steele creek to replace my fuel pump n vavle 2 weeks later my gas gauge won't read. I came by on monday the guy tells me with a smile its probly a faulty part... When can u bring it in set up a so called appt I brought my vehicle back at 7 when they open.. Another person tells me it'll b ready around lunch at 10... So I leave my only source of transporation once again in a two week period and call around 10 am he tells me they havnt evn lookd at it? And that if they have 2 look at the fuel pump it cld take 2-3 hours and won't b ready until later this evening?? I told him thts why I made an appt so that I cld b on a timeframe he tells me well evrybody else had a appt to and suggest I call enterprise rent a car???? Will def not be giving them not a cent more of my money they are overpriced and don't care about customer service! I work in customer service I understand mistakes. You correct them as soon as possible and apologize... Def was not satisfyed and will b telling evryone who will listen about this expierience
