Ron Lyons Ultimate Body Studios has been key in helping me reach my personal fitness goals. The results achieved thus far in only the first 6 weeks have far exceeded my expectations. By combining the right mix of cardio, abs, weights and diet, I have already gone from 32% body fat to 23%, again in only 6 weeks. I can?t wait to see the results of the next 14 weeks. The motivation provided by the personal trainers and other class mates has helped me push my limits and achieve levels I would not have otherwise expected. Each morning I look forward to my workout.
