I rented from them for almost three years and hated every year. I only stayed because the rent was cheap and my roommates and I couldn't afford anything else.
Over and over we requested repairs and they said they would do it, then never did. One time, they came out to fix a screen door, but they only fixed one part and never fixed the rest (I had to request three times just to get them out).
There were a lot of problems we reported and like the contract said, they would repair them in order to get the house safe and running. Well, they never did.
Pros: It was cheap rent
Cons: Customer service, tenant service
