Ecopolitan is a cozy, friendly, unconventional restaurant in the Twin Cities. While you may be skeptical of a raw-food menu at first, I encourage you to give it a try! Their dishes are unique and tasty, though they often bear less resemblance to the titles than you might expect (i.e. when you see ""noodles"" or ""pizza,"" you really have to use your imagination). Some of the dishes are more filling than others, but when eating with a small group and sharing, I've never been disappointed.
