Just thought I'd share another point of view...there are different kinds of bankrupcy. One is where you continue in business with the NJ courts approval. The main purpose for this is to still stay in business, repay companies/venders/subs that are owed money, and work through tough times to get back on top. Marzilli Construction has been in business a long time and has great relationships with many previous clients and subs. Louis Marzilli is a man with integrity and builds all his projects the same way. The only thing he is guilty of is putting ALL he had into his business to try to keep it going...fyi he is still doing that. I hope he will continue to be blessed with as much work as the company can handle. I am excited to see the new projects and designs; each one only gets better.
