Fit 2 Your Core is an honest no frills fitness program. The owner/staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and determined to help you reach your fitness goals. It is not an easy program but any stretch of the imagination, but after each session you walk away with such a sense of accomplishment and pride because you've struggled and completed another step toward your goal if physical fitness and well-being!
Pros: Physical fitness, health, build friendships
