I had my house built a few years ago and my contractor used this company to install my heating and air. About a year later I noticed my energy bill was way to high for the size of my house. Upon inspection of the air ducts under the house I noticed that they were not actually hung correctly and were laying on the ground, soaking up water. I also later found that they installed the heater incorrectly, causing condensation to build up inside of the unit and rust it out. The owners manual comes with the unit and has pictures and explanations. How do you mess this up? When I contacted the owner about the problems I encountered he became rude and told me to sue.
Cons: They don't stand behind they're work.
