I started with Zone Manhattan for 14 days, figuring I would loose a few pounds before Memorial Day Weekend, and though I would just stop after that and ""watch what I eat"". I ended up falling in LOVE with the program and renewed for a month. I lost more weight than I though was possible, and to tell you the truth, I actually enjoy eating the meals! They have such creative and colorful dishes, that are all fresh. I was able to tell them exactly what i do not like to eat, before I even started, so I never had to worry about getting things I knew I wouldn't enjoy. The portions are perfect, and it really keeps me full all day!
