My biggest current complaint is when calling to place a to go order....Frequently, the phone rings several times and there is NO answer...When I asked at the cashier desk once before about why this was occuring, the reply was that so and so (male employee name) had been on the phone...I'm talking about the phone ringing 30 times or so times at different intervals, and there being no answer...I don't think employees should be using the main number for any calls, particularly personal, and particularly for such LONG periods of time during busy hours..... and if having to use a phone is essential during lunch hour, then they should get another telephone and number just for that..or use their own cell! This is negligent and irresponsible.
