I have been living in Oakwood for almost 4 years and I have to say that this year a lot of tenants are complaining about their apartments being infested with Bed Bugs.
Oakwood took a few actions and brought a few times Orkit to get rid of this infestation but so far no luck.
The problem is getting worse and worse and many residents have been bitten by these bed bugs. the complains are rising and probably residents will end up opening a lawsuit against Oakwood.
The sad thing is that this information is not communicated to the new visitors, so please when you come by stop and ask a few residents about this infestation.
Good luck and stay away from bed bugs because once your house is infected it's almost impossible to get rid of them and even to move you to another building unless you get rid of your belongings.
